DESWAP (Development Environment for Semantic Web APplications)

DESWAP is a Development Environment for Semantic Web Applications that is build upon a knowledge base which stores information about semantic web software. It offers two main functionalities.

1. Users can access and manage the information stored in DESWAP's knowledge base. Managing basically involves editing information about the software and integrating it in the development environment. Accessing mainly means browsing the knowledge base.

2. Developers of semantic web applications can find semantic web software that can be integrated as the elementary building blocks of their application. DESWAP offers assistance to this complex task.
