XML Query Execution Engine (XEE)

One important objective of our research on XML is to explore new ways of storing and querying XML documents or data, respectively. As XML documents or data have their own characteristics, we think it is worthwhile to design a management system for such data from scratch rather than using conventional DBMSs. The XML Query Execution Engine (XEE) is an important step in this direction.
